Marilyn Hayward
Currently I am an AST 2 teacher at Kensington Gardens preschool. In the past I have worked as a Director in various preschools and also as a Special Educator. I have a particular interest in project work and the principles of Reggio Emilia. Our programme is underpinned by these principles including the Pedagogy of Listening, using the environment as an educator, the 100 languages and viewing the child as a competent and capable learner. I have shared my work with many other staff teams particularly in the South East where I have presented my work over a period of two years and have helped staff to change practice and take children's learning deeper.
